    A peristaltic pump often is a good choice for obtaining samples collected from wells at a depth of 28 ft. or less, but the stream of water from this or other suction-lift pumps should not be used when measuring DO, Eh, or other properties sensitive to oxygen contamination or volatilization.

    The Geotech Geopump™ Series I and II Peristaltic Pumps are designed for single and multi-stage pressure or vacuum pumping of liquids. They operate by mechanical peristalsis, so the sample only comes in contact with the tubing. This allows for consistent sample integrity as well as easy cleaning and replacement. The Geopump is ideally suited for field sampling of shallow wells, surface water, and laboratory use.

    Geopump Series II portable sampling pumps offer reliable pressure or vacuum pumping of liquids. Peristaltic operation ensures the sample only comes in contact with the tubing‚ allowing for consistent sample integrity and easy cleaning. Use for field sampling from shallow wells and all surface water sources‚ as well as for laboratory applications.


    Pumps feature an easy-load II® pump head with self-adjusting pump tube chamber. The chamber accommodates four tubing sizes (15‚ 24‚ 35 and 36)‚ making it fast and easy to change pump tubing during regular maintenance.

    Each controller offers two pump head stations/receptacles with different variable speed ranges (either 30 to 300 rpm or 60 to 600 rpm). To select your desired speed and flow range‚ simply attach the pump head to the appropriate station with the two frontpositioned screws. Integrated controls feature a speed adjustment dial‚ flow direction toggle switch (reversible) and on/off button.
