The expandable foam is polyurethane and is compatible with vehicle, truck, and aircraft fuels, many solvents and bases. Note: some leaks may be impossible to plug 100%. This kit offers several ways to still minimize and control the leak. It is not recommended for use with concentrated acids or oxidizers.
It has a temperature range of -40 to +185 degrees F. It can be used in very cold weather. Smaller wedges are supplied because they are easier to use together to help plug irregular holes rather than trying to work with larger wedges.
