Maintaining the equipment fleets of both our rental service and our Service Program Customers have taught us the importance of continual education to best serve customer needs.
Quick Turnaround
FarrWest understands that the priority for most customers is to get their equipment repaired and back in the field as fast as possible. The repair process begins the moment your equipment arrives at our facility and isn’t completed until the customer receives their repair.
Our facility is stocked with an expansive inventory of frequently used parts to facilitate rapid repairs. In the rare case that a repair must be returned to the factory or manufacturer for repair, we are in daily contact to ensure a speedy completion.
Record Management
FarrWest knows that documentation of a repair is sometimes more valuable than the repair itself. Documentation is often required for legal and safety purposes to record repairs or calibrations that were completed in a justifiable manner.
FarrWest ensures that the paper trail of your repair or calibration is stored completely and safely on our own databases. Backups occur daily and are stored on our own servers. Your documentation is available at your request.

FarrWest's 5-step repair process.
1. Check-In
Request a repair through our online RMA system, call us and ship your repair in, or drop it off at our facility. No matter which method you use, your repair process will be transparent through every step.
2. Diagnosis
Every piece of equipment that passes through FarrWest’s repair depot is subjected to manufacturer-recommended tests. Thorough testing will detect symptoms and root causes of equipment malfunction or failure.
3. Communication
All decisions regarding equipment repair are made in consultation with the customer. The customer is made aware of the cost and service time expected before repair work begins..
4. Repair
FarrWest uses only OEM or manufacturer suggested repair parts. Our inventory of certified parts provide a quick turnaround time for repairs. In case a part should need to be special ordered, our working relationships with manufacturers facilitates quick delivery.
5. Documentation
After a successful repair, equipment is put through another round of manufacturer-recommended tests to ensure your equipment works as intended. If applicable, a calibration is performed. Records of all tests, repairs, and calibrations are entered into our database for quick retrieval if needed.
